GENERAL INFORMATION

Rehearsals take plan on Thursdays at 7.30 to 9.00 or so, generally in Holmfirth Methodist Church.  We will restart after our summer break on 10th September.

The annual general meeting will be held on 17th September at 7 pm (note the time - this is to allow us to still have a full rehearsal)

Plans for the 2026/27 season
14th November 2026, New Mill Church (time to be decided)
Matthew Coleridge’s Requiem and other item(s)

12th December 2026, 5 pm, Holmfirth Methodist Church 
Miscelleous items followed by a social tea   

13th March 2027, evening, Holmfirth Civic Hall
Mendelssohn, St Paul

June/July 2027, time and venue to be decided
Hummel, Mass and some shorter works

Updates
Please keep an eye on this page for updates, especially if snow or ice is forecast. Any decision to cancel a rehearsal will be made by 6 pm. If the weather is poor, please do also consider your local conditions if the weather is worse near you!

New members welcome! As you know, we are low in numbers particularly in the tenor and bass sections – if you know of any able singers, do please invite them!
